Join us for a 3 hour CE credit class taught by Mark Durden (Lead Instructor and Certified Appraiser) and Mark Caffiers (Head of Inspections). Learn what appraisers and inspectors do when they appraise a property and perform a home inspection. Using the subject property, you will have the opportunity to participate in the process. The first hour of the class you will follow one of the instructors to examine the property from their perspective. After lunch you will switch groups and follow the other instructor. You will learn how to measure a house - and actually see how it's done. You will take a look at the home systems and be able to discuss an inspection with your client. We will cover items which add value, those that detract and much more.
